SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey and are shipped via FedEx Express 2-Day. That doesn't mean you will receive it 2 days from the day you order, it means once it leaves our warehouse you should receive it in 2 days from your Shipping Confirmation notification. Most orders will ship within 48 hours of order placement. We do not ship on weekends. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your shipping label has been created.

Return & Exchange Policy

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!

If you don't love your HurtSkurt®, just return it within our return timeline and receive a full refund as long as the product is in like new condition and in the original packaging.

Returns
Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a RETURN, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Exchanges

We do not offer free exchanges of product. If you would like to return your HurtSkurt® for a different size or different color, please go through the Return Procedure and you will receive your refund once we receive the product in good condition.

 

You may order your other HurtSkurt® at any time.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@thehurtskurt.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded in full. If you ordered a sale item, you will be credited the sale price.

Warranty/Damaged Items (if applicable)
HurtSkurt® carries a 120 day warranty. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 120 days of purchase. Send us an email at sales@thehurtskurt.com with details and we will replace your damaged item at no cost to you.

 

We do have a known issue with a defective seal in a small percentage of our gel packs. If your HurtSkurt® starts leaking gel, they are covered for this defect and you will receive a replacement. You simply need to contact sales@thehurtskurt.com with photo evidence and your order information.

Shipping Returns

We do not cover the cost of return shipping. If you would like to return your order for a full refund within the 30 day window, please ship your return to:

Please include your order number so we know which order to refund.

*You MUST retain proof of your return shipment. If we do not receive your return, we cannot accept responsibility for that lost shipment. So please be sure to retain proof so if your choice of return carrier loses your return you can file a claim with the carrier to receive compensation for the lost product.
